# Curtain-wall panel to floor-edge reference report

Status: application-owned source-bounded panel projection with independently reauthored synthetic context; no legal/process-isolation claim
Package: `CWSE-RP-001@0.1.0`
Engineering approval: no

This replacement report was independently authored from the versioned synthetic machine artifacts
in `examples/curtain-wall-slab/`. No private meeting note, transcript, alignment brief, retreat
record, or deleted working document is a source for this text. The panel retains only explicitly
source-linked YKK AP YCU 750 TU identity, 7.5-inch frame depth, 2.5-inch sightline, 1-inch-glass
option, named anchor components, and source URLs; YKK AP did not author, authenticate, or endorse
this projection. Configured panel geometry and project facts remain unresolved. Context products,
connector candidates, demands, scores, placements, and results are invented for deterministic
software testing. This report is not engineering approval, a manufacturer publication, a shop
drawing, or permission to build.

## Question exercised by the fixture

Can an application-authored, source-bounded panel projection and a synthetic floor-edge support
declare a shared interface, receive explicit project context, screen several invented connector
candidates, and emit reproducible results without turning a software check into an engineering
claim?

The machine package tests that question across three material branches and all nine scenario outcomes.
It keeps product declarations, the interface contract, project assertions, evaluator
rules, results, and receipts in separate versioned artifacts.

## Deterministic flow

1. A source-bounded panel projection and a synthetic substrate projection expose their declared
identity, available envelope facts, interface roles, and product-local connection points.
2. A synthetic CIS projection declares complementary sides, three port datums, tolerances, and
   registered signatures.
3. A project-context sidecar supplies asserted placement, material, demand, access, fabrication,
   and review facts.
4. The evaluator checks schema and interface compatibility.
5. It checks the supplied simplified geometry assertions.
6. It evaluates nested connector-candidate applicability rules.
7. It applies deterministic hard gates only when their inputs exist.
8. It ranks only candidates that passed applicability and hard gates.
9. It writes one receipt per evaluator stage and leaves qualified review unresolved.

Nine scenarios multiplied by seven stages produce 63 receipts. A stage that did not run receives
`not_evaluated`; it never borrows a pass from an earlier stage.

## Geometry and authority boundary

The package can show declared envelopes, port datums, a panel-side footprint, a substrate-side
footprint, access zone, keep-out zone, penetration zone, and observed obstruction box. These are
synthetic coordination primitives.

The package does not yet materialize a candidate-to-product transform or a shared connection frame.
Panel, substrate, and candidate remain in separate local frames. Review graphics therefore use
ghosted component symbols and side-by-side diagrams instead of suggesting a fabrication-ready
overlay. No bracket profile, plate thickness, fastener schedule, reinforcement, CLT layup, steel
section, curtain-wall internal, or manufacturer model is supplied.

## Synthetic branch options

### Concrete slab edge

- `CONN-CONCRETE-CAST-IN-CHANNEL` uses an invented 300 × 220 × 90 mm panel-side footprint and a
  450 × 180 × 75 mm substrate-side zone.
- `CONN-CONCRETE-POST-INSTALLED-ANGLE` represents an alternate shelf-angle path with asserted scan,
  access, edge-distance, and permission prerequisites.
- Neither option performs breakout, pryout, reinforcement, cracked-concrete, fire, seismic, or
  facade calculations.

### CLT floor edge

- `CONN-CLT-SCREW-ANGLE` uses an invented 320 × 220 × 95 mm panel-side footprint and a
  420 × 260 × 160 mm substrate-side zone.
- `CONN-CLT-CONCEALED-PLATE` represents an alternate routed-pocket path with asserted fabrication,
layup, moisture, access, and permission prerequisites.
- Neither option evaluates withdrawal, group action, rolling shear, charring, moisture, seismic,
  or facade performance.

### Steel frame and slab support

- `CONN-STEEL-BOLTED-SHELF-ANGLE` uses an invented 330 × 230 × 100 mm panel-side footprint and a
  400 × 260 × 90 mm substrate-side zone.
- `CONN-STEEL-WELDED-PLATE` represents an alternate welded path with asserted procedure, access,
  inspection, coating-repair, and fire-protection prerequisites.
- Neither option evaluates bolt, weld, member, slab-interaction, fire, seismic, or facade capacity.

## Outcome semantics

- **Valid for coordination** means only that this synthetic evaluator received its declared inputs
and its deterministic fixture rules passed.
- **Invalid** means a named digital assertion fell outside a fixture threshold.
- **Indeterminate** means a check ran but required input was absent or unresolved.
- **Not evaluated** means the stage did not run because a prerequisite stage was not eligible.
- **Qualified review required** is the terminal state for every branch because no professional
engineering, fire, seismic, material, or facade adapter runs in this repository.

The invalid scenarios deliberately preserve compatible interface identity while changing later
geometry or screening assertions. The indeterminate scenarios preserve the interface and geometry
checks while omitting material or authority facts. This prevents “same connector-family” from being
misread as “this exact placement and connector are approved.”

## Selected end product in each valid branch

The selected end product in each valid branch is a synthetic geometric coordination result:

| Branch | Selected candidate | Invented placed offset (mm) | Remaining authority gap |
| --- | --- | ---: | --- |
| Concrete | `CONN-CONCRETE-CAST-IN-CHANNEL` | `[2, -1, 112]` | Concrete, reinforcement, demand, facade, fire, seismic, and structural review |
| CLT | `CONN-CLT-SCREW-ANGLE` | `[1, 2, 118]` | Layup, fastener, moisture, facade, fire, seismic, and timber review |
| Steel | `CONN-STEEL-BOLTED-SHELF-ANGLE` | `[-2, 1, 108]` | Member, bolt, hole, facade, fire, seismic, slab, and steel review |

The selection is not a procurement recommendation, verified product, or installable detail.

## Artifact ownership

| Qualified calculations, manufacturer approval, or construction authority | Not present |

## Reproduction checklist

1. Validate the package and referenced files against their declared schemas.
2. Resolve each exact product, interface, context, candidate, result, evidence, and receipt ID.
3. Confirm every scenario has seven stage-aligned receipts.
4. Confirm missing data remains `indeterminate` or `not_evaluated`.
5. Confirm selected geometry exists only for an eligible ranked candidate.
6. Confirm every public screen preserves the synthetic-data and authority boundary.
