Follow the decision.
Keep the evidence.

One configuration, three BOM views, and a reviewable handoff at every boundary.

Continuous validation

What happens when the source changes?

Revise the manufacturing BOM. Earlier reviews remain intact; shop and downstream acceptance must be repeated. Source history is retained.

Reality → reviewed release

Improve the next kit, not yesterday’s evidence.

After the complete thread, propose a 1100 mm standard width within the declared limits, inspect it, then review a successor release. The current configuration stays pinned to kit revision 1.

Owner-roadmap interface study

A queued packet is only the beginning.

After engineering and manufacturing review, try one synthetic consumer exchange. Reject it, revise and re-review the MBOM, then resubmit and compare an independent fixture read-back. This is a proposed contract, not a Stratus, MSUITE or Nomadic connector.

No exchange prepared. Complete the first seven lifecycle reviews.

Shop pins, prerequisites & receipts
Machine/crew availability, inventory, durations and queues are illustrative. Output verification is simulated, not proof of production, throughput or installed quality.

Receipts & retained history

Hash-linked local events detect accidental changes. They are not signatures, trusted timestamps, or production authorization.
